Product Information
Each piece is carefully handmade and may feature slight variations in color, shape, size, or finish. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and make each item unique.
Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within seven [7] business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Haus of Liren is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or store credit when appropriate.
Jewelry Care
To extend the life of your jewelry:
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Store pieces in a dry location when not in use.
- Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Haus of Liren is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, photographs, logos, branding, graphics, and written content are the property of Haus of Liren and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Haus of Liren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
