Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Haus of Liren. Every piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully packaged before making its way to you.


Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


If an incorrect address is provided and your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Haus of Liren is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. We do not reimburse or refund for lost packages.


If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier
  • File a claim directly with the carrier if necessary


We are happy to assist with locating package information whenever possible.


Damaged Orders


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review each situation individually and work toward a resolution.


Domestic Shipping
At this time, Haus of Liren ships within the United States. Additional shipping destinations may become available in the future.
